Information for Presenters

Oral Presentation

Length of talk :

Contributed Oral : 20 minutes (presentation 15 minutes, questions 5 minutes)
Distinguished Oral : 40 minutes (presentation 33 minutes, questions 7 minutes)

Available equipment for presentation :

A PC projector with VGA connector is available for oral presentations.
We will also prepare a Windows PC. However, we recommend that you bring your own PC to avoid any incompatibilities.
If you would like to use OHP slides for your presentation, advance notification would be appreciated.

All speakers are also welcome to present a poster.

Poster Presentation

Size of poster board : 110cm (width) x 180cm (height).
The poster sessions will be held in the Poster Exhibition room, in the basement 1st floor.
Poster presentations will be allocated to one of two sessions - Monday Oct 16th 16:45-18:45, or Tuesday 17th 16:45-18:45.
Posters can be mounted from noon on Monday 16th through to the end of the session on Tuesday 17th, and must be removed by noon on Wednesday 18th.
Materials for attaching posters to the display boards will be provided.
